THE GUEST OF THE AVIATION CAREER DAYS WAS DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER OF FUGO GROUND SERVICES
Gazipaşa Aeronautics and Astronautics Faculty hosted the "Career Days in Aviation"event on May 20, 2024. The event was attended by Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Atılgan ATILGAN and and was moderated by the Vice Dean Assoc. Dr. Meltem AKCA. Furthermore, our university's Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Mehmet KILIÇ and Prof. Dr. Atıf BAYRAMOĞLU and Deputy Secretary General Onur OCAKDAN also attended. In addition, Fugo Ground Services Deputy General Manager Tansel KOÇBOĞAN, Fugo Operations Officer Nur Seda MUŞ Fugo YHM Officer Simge METİN and Fugo YHM Officer Damla Yeğin KAYA attended the event as guests.
Keynote speakers gave information about the historical development of the aviation industry, its current needs, its future and employment. Important advice was given to students about career opportunities and required competencies in the sector. Additionally, detailed information was shared about current developments and innovations in the sector.
The "Career Days in Aviation" event provided students with an important perspective on the industry and the opportunity to communicate one-on-one with industry professionals. Gazipaşa Aeronautics and Astronautics Faculty continues to support the career planning of its students with such events.
