GAZIPASA FACULTY OF AVIATION AND SPACE SCIENCES HELD EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MEETING
The Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKU) Gazipaşa Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences held an External Stakeholder Meeting with representatives from the aviation sector. The meeting was conducted on 3 November 2025 at 13:30 at ALKU Gazipaşa Campus with the participation of academic staff and industry partners.
The meeting, chaired by the Dean Prof. Dr. Atılgan Atılgan, focused on enhancing the quality of education, improving internship and employment opportunities for students, strengthening applied training infrastructure, and aligning academic programs with sectoral expectations.
Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meltem Akça delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining the current academic structure of the faculty and its future vision with a strong student-centered approach. The presentation included information regarding educational strategies, sectoral collaborations, laboratory development plans, and upcoming academic programs.
During the session, external stakeholders expressed their willingness to collaborate on areas such as technical visits, applied training fields, internship opportunities, project cooperation, and recruitment initiatives for students.

At the conclusion of the meeting, mutual cooperation areas were identified to further strengthen collaboration between the university and aviation industry. The faculty reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to the regional aviation ecosystem and training qualified human resources for the aviation sector.
